Our trip on our northern tour is always action pac

Our trip on our northern tour is always action packed. We always make sure to balance the work with fun. I was able to have a great birthday dinner with a good friend and her husband. I was also lucky enough to connect with our friends from @aero_precision. What was really cool is how I was able to see raw pieces of steel and aluminum go from 12-20’ lengths to a final rifle that I was able to shoot on the range.

The amount of technology either computerized or robotic that is used to ensure a quality product is produced for the end user is simply amazing.
.
I was able to see how the new Solus bolt action is made and also how the new line of Lahar suppressors are welded together and aligned perfectly to prevent any chance of a baffle strike.
.
I then saw how each part is measured by a plotter down to the smallest detail which is 10 times smaller than a human hair.
.
Then off to the indoor range where I saw another friend that I have traveled with before and was able to demo the complete system. When I say system that is really what I mean. The Solus rifle in the competition chassis equipped with a Lahr suppressor was extremely accurate. I was able to string together a group that measured .47” at 100 yards. I don’t nearly spend enough time behind the rifle and it felt good to get some reps in. It’s the technology and the people that make all the difference and we are glad to have Aero Precision in our corner. Phew now off to bed there’s work to be done. We love SAFETY and it shows!!

In every class we cover a myriad of topics from gun safety to anti bullying to video games. Part of this section we cover “grooming” and how predators are using technology to access the kids.

IF your kids do play online games it is important for YOU to have the parental settings locked down.
.
FOR THE KIDS:
.
They need to know how important it is to keep all of their private information to themselves. They must never give anyone their name, age, where they go to school or who their parents are. This will prevent predators from being able to figure out where you live or try to meet up with them.
.
IT is important for them to know that they should NEVER have a secret friend online! Bad people will offer gifts to try to build trust. They will try to become a “secret” friend. This is a form of grooming and could lead to many different bad situations.
.
Instill in your kids that the only secrets that they should ever have is when it comes to surprises, like gifts for their parents, others, etc. Always encourage open dialogue between you and your kids when it comes to big tech. This will help you protect their innocence and keep them safe. We love SAFETY and it shows!!

The question’s always keep me on my toes. 😂😂 I was asked recently why some shotguns have short barrels and why some have longer barrels. It all comes down to what purpose the shotgun is going to serve. We love SAFETY and it shows!!
