Long Live The Constitution

May 8, 2021 | Blogs

The past few days we have been doing a lot of research about the founding of this great nation. We have been researching the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We have been running a series of posts on our social media platforms designed to break down the original amendments the way our forefathers intended and how they are relevant today. We believe that we have gotten so far away from those founding principles. As a country, we are in deep trouble and there is a chance that we could lose the Republic. The republic truly depends on the next generation. When we don’t teach the history of our great country and without knowing it, our freedoms will continue to be lost. As a safety organization, we are focused solely on the next generations. We believe that education is one of the things that we are lacking across the country. Being able to reach the kids and families is, in our belief a way to save the republic. We must teach history because if we don’t, then who will? For us to be able to continue to do what we do, we have to put out good information. It’s our goal is to tell a story, educate, inform, and entertain. It was a lot of work to research and organize our thoughts into informational posts. We hope that our posts will engage with folks and teach them important lessons about the past. The future of our country depends on knowing about the past. We aren’t teaching our kids effectively to ensure the republic survives. We have to do better. We hope that a calm, respectful interpretation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights will motivate those interested in the history, to get involved in teaching their kids the importance of those founding principles.

Some would question why we would research the Constitution and share these posts on our social media platforms. Part of me wants to do it because no one else is educating the public on the importance of our basic civil rights and as a safety organization we must educate the public. I hope that in a very moderate, nonpolitical way. We want parents to impress upon their children the importance of exercising our constitutionally protected rights. The future of the republic depends on future generations. The future of the Second Amendment depends on all of the rest remaining intact and being supported. This is why teaching our children history is so important. We have gotten so far away from our founding principles. We need a course correction soon or we could lose it all. There are dark forces at work that make all of us vulnerable. There is so much division in our country. One could almost say that it is all by design. I’m not much for conspiracies, but the things that are happening around us are a far cry from what our founders intended.

Our forefathers gave us an amazing gift of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They risked their lives, the lives of their families, and their fortunes for this experiment in self-governance. Our lives would be completely different if they had never taken that chance on freedom. The cost of freedom is eternal vigilance. We cannot afford to lose this country and prepare our children for the important responsibility of ensuring that our nation continues to flourish. Like ebbs and flows, the circle of power will continue. Will they know what they lost? Will they just accept it? Will they be in a position to push back? These are the questions we have to know. I feel that if the answer is “NO” to any of the previous questions, we have failed to prepare the next generation.

In a time where forced compliance regarding a mask and other issues that we are facing. I think we are forgetting the importance of the Constitution. It was designed as a constraint of our government and a protection of our freedoms. It’s not the other way around. There is a sickness in our country, where people believe that the government is the solution. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The elites are drunk with power and they violate their oaths of office. They need to go back and read the Constitution, it will help bring a correction that our country needs. Less division more unity with a focus on liberty. This is the peace that we all seek for our sake and the sake of our children. Until we can come together, and educate ourselves and our families on the importance of the Constitution. It will teach you all an important history lesson and give you hope about the future if we can get back to living closer to the way the Constitution was intended. It is more relevant today than it ever has been before. Learn about it, follow its direction, and prosper. Until next time, Be Safe!!
